The hand-off map — what moves, and what moves it

Every place a customer’s info passes from one stage to the next. The how column is the automation that carries it, so nobody retypes anything (LAUNCH-NOTES #15). The status says whether it’s just written down here or actually switched on in the live tools.

The rules

How to check it works

Walk one customer — the sample household (HH-0001) — through rows 1→9 and confirm each fact lands on its record without anyone typing it twice. Any arrow that needs a human to move data between tools is the next bug to close. (This is the same walk-through as CLAUDE.md § 2.)
